Return instructions and the return address are provided only after your request is approved. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

How long does it take to process an order?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders are shipped from our fulfilment partner’s warehouse in China, and the estimated delivery time is 7 days from dispatch.
