2. Products and orders

Review the product description, size, colour, materials, availability and price before ordering. Images illustrate the product; screen settings may affect colour appearance. You may correct your order details before submitting checkout. Provide accurate contact and delivery information. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request; acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled goods.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in British pounds sterling (GBP, £). UK standard delivery is free. Norwell covers applicable import costs; customers do not pay additional customs charges or import duties. Review the final total, including applicable taxes, before placing your order. Payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. Payment details are handled through the checkout and its payment service providers; do not send card details by email or telephone. Promotions apply only under the conditions stated with the offer.

4. Delivery

We serve the United Kingdom. Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 7-business-day delivery period after dispatch. See our Shipping Policy for delivery arrangements and support for delayed or missing orders. Delivery estimates do not remove your legal rights. We remain responsible for goods until they are delivered to you or a person you nominate.

5. Cancellations, returns and refunds

We offer 30-day returns from delivery and pay return shipping. Contact us promptly if you want to cancel an order before dispatch. If it has already been dispatched, follow the return process. Our Returns and Refund Policy explains how to request a return and obtain a refund. Nothing in these terms limits applicable statutory cancellation rights or remedies for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and shared when you browse, contact us or place an order.

7. Website use

Use this website lawfully. Do not interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders or misuse third-party rights. Website content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We may correct errors or update information, but changes will not retrospectively reduce rights under an accepted order.

8. Consumer rights and complaints

These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence, and do not restrict mandatory consumer protections or access to competent courts. UK consumers retain the mandatory protections applicable to their purchases.
