Delivery area and cost

We deliver to the United Kingdom. Standard delivery is free on all UK orders, with no minimum spend. Customers do not pay additional import duties, customs charges or delivery fees; Norwell covers any applicable import costs. The final amount shown at checkout is the total payable for your order.

Preparation and delivery estimates

Order preparation takes 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Standard delivery is estimated at 7 business days after dispatch. The estimated total time from payment confirmation to delivery is therefore 8–10 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery arrangements

Orders are delivered by a parcel carrier to the address entered at checkout. The delivery service available for your address is shown at checkout. Please check your address before ordering and contact us promptly if it needs correction. Once dispatch has occurred, changes may not be possible.

Delays, missing parcels or delivery problems

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, or arrives damaged or incomplete, contact hello@norwelluk.shop with your order number. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy. We remain responsible for your goods until they are delivered to you or a person you nominate. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you and refund the unfulfilled goods. Delays do not limit your statutory cancellation or refund rights.
