How long does it take to process an order?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders are shipped from our fulfilment partner’s warehouse in China, and the estimated delivery time is 7 days from dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout.
